I absolutely LOVE IT WHEN someone comes to me in a crisis... "My brother called, Mom has taken a turn for the worse, I need to get from Calif to (the other coast) right now, I can't find a flight, help me help me help me"... and in ten minutes I have them booked on a flight, ticket paid for, under their stated budget, e-ticket printed and in hand, and they still have 2 hours to pack before they have to leave for the airport. I hate that they have a crisis, but I love it when I can help someone who feels lost. And it's ironic because I just made that very same statement to someone last night. Cali
