i love that when i was looking for a job over the summer, i went through a bunch of computerized tests and such for a govt. job but when i started at my current job i kind of forgot about it.  they just called me to ask if i was still interested so i have a job interview!  it's not until dec. 05, but i can live with that.  it's me in a room with 5 interviewers...the guy said it takes about 4 hours.  that makes me a bit nervous but i'm so excited!

I had an interview like that.  I sat down, looked at a room full of lawyers and supervisors.  First words out of my mouth:  Well, isn't this intimidating?

Everyone laughed.  I got the job.

My interview last night was just the opposite:  5 prospective employees & one interviewer.  Since they're trying to hire 80 new part-timers within the next couple of weeks, I guess it makes sense.  I don't think that I want the job & tried to get out of going, but Daddy said I had to, so off I went.  I might even get the job.  LOL

The most intimidating interview I ever had was with seven psychologists.  I made a joke at the start as well, I think something along the lines of "do I get bonus points if I make it all the way thru without fainting?"  And I got the job.

i love it that tomorrow is the evening of the first munch i have ever hosted (let alone started lol!) and i am terrified that just like throwing a party, i wonder if anyone will actually turn up.  i love it because it means i have at last ditched the quiet, mousey, easily put down, shy, pathetic, pre slave, old me!!!!!  Long live gabrielle, the slave, the strong, the confident, the happy! ...well ask me again the day after tomorrow, if i still feel that way *giggles*

I love it that I have gotten a great lead on a mandolin on craigslist!  Gibson, $100, case included.  [:)]  Even better is my new potential minion is going to teach me to PLAY the freaking thing!

I love "henchman" too, but I reserve that for my significant other! 

(NO idea why I developed this mandolin obsession, I have had it for a year, and dagnabbit, I am going to learn!)

It's a Gibson, A, with a case.  The guy says that it just sits there, so hopefully it is in good shape, no cracks etc.  Because I WANTTTTT.

i love it when despite all of her idiosincricies my friend calls me in some kick ass anti-biotics.

i love when while seeing my therapist she expresses her frustration and disappointment with my doctor.

i love when He and i go out for dinner and then He has to go back to work.

i love when i get some time alone in the apartment to do..............well, hell...i didn't do a damn thing, but seriously i love it none the less.
