I love it when we can be there and give support to someone we care for and admire. That they know they have friends here who will listen and give hugs and cuddles and someone to listen to them.

I love that I have the place to myself all weekend so tonight I watched the entire first series of one of my favourite tv shows (Black Books....yum scruffy Irish men), burnt incense and had candles everywhere....absolute bliss.

Wow cm approved my additional photo in less than an hour! Bloody hell.

Handful of blueberries.
Handful of dried cranberries.
2 T flax seed.
Bit of candied ginger.
Slivered raw almonds.
Topped with a dash of heavy cream.
