I love it that I got validation from the Dr what was causing my tummy icks and has returned me back to my old medication.
I was apparently going through withdrawal detox, which normally I dont have problems changing meds.
Which I had pretty much figured out.
not PB, though what I use is natural and their webiste says they are clear by fda and not on fda list
But to play it safe I am staying away, plus the time lime didnt fit.
Not the stomach virus........to long a time line.

So back to square one, I can deal with the SAD, back on the Vit D once all symptoms are gone.
Take it easy eating, which I have
And yes been hydrating my ass off......smartwater is your friend. Water and electrolytes...no flavor no other ingredients and no sugar or that fake sugar crap.

I love that I will shortly be back to my usual never get sick self.

I miss my PB and apples tho whimper

I love it that I've finally completed the letter of resignation to His Evilness's satisfaction & got a "Well done, pet well done." in return. I love how relaxed I'm feeling now that it's finished. I'll really love it once this whole thing is over & I can concentrate on my Uncle.

Make your own Sage...roasted peanuts and a little oil in a blender or food processor and you are good to go. It is where the peanut butter comes in contact with raw peanuts or contaminants that causes these outbreaks. Roasted peanuts are safe (kills the bug) but the paste they use in other foods, can't be re-roasted so, bacteria can grow if it is contaminated.
