i love that i talked with my parents about how i could help out while i stay with them because i don't have the money for a lot of things that i'm going to need help with to get started again after my move. we came up with the idea of me refinishing their kitchen while i'm there. i love that by doing this i won't feel like i'm relying so much on them for everything.

That takes me back to when I thought (note the word thought) I had sprained mine. Apparently after 2 weeks and it was still hurting the weekend before I was supposed to fly to NYC from Texas, it turned out that finally going to the Dr the xray showed my foot had actually broke and was healing abit a bit off. This was after going up and down stairs, taking care of grandums, and 5 bearded dragons. I ended up caning it while wrapped since the bones had already fused, while I was up taking care of sis's cats while she made her annual meeting to FL. I will say this, tylenol was like eating candy dots. What really sad.....I broke it standing up from my computer chair. A foot does not work if its 100% and completly asleep from sitting on it with your ass. Ladies and Gentlemen do not try this at home.

i love it when i can spend a nice evening with my family and have my favorite meal for my birthday, fixed special for me by my mom who also happens to be my best friend. my 2 yr old nephew saw me walk (hobble really, lol) thru the door, grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go while he dragged me thru the house, showing me all the things he wantd me to see, babbling all the way. it was a nice day. and today we're supposed to go to the range, buy my gun and go shooting. yeah!! I love it when I'm sitting here, scared to death of living in my car, my best friend manages to find a cheap place where I can stay for free as a nanny. Probably a very temporary situation, but at least I'm not driving myself crazy for the next couple of months while I figure something else out. :)
