...a friend from uni tells me today that we are both at lanzarote at the same time :o) i told her when i'll be there and she told me she'll be there already a week before me,but 1 week we will both be there a meet up :o) that's great :o) particular as during that week we will see online if we progress into year 3 and can check it out together (and hopefully
celebrate *lol*)

Angel...here's a cute Idea for a bag to take to clubs and other places and a great idea for recycling older bras as well. http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Bra-Purse. Maybe you could use a bit of the leg leftover to make the flat bottom for the jean purse and sew that in place to connect the leg ends instead of sewing the legs together.  ( was just a thought, my sewing skills are basic and needlepoint only and I KNEW you and Sunshine have way more skills than I ever will)

Poen, PM, Greedykins, I didnt take pics last night, because everything looks better in black and white (like the film is being done) and stupid puppy ate my usb cord. -shakes fist at the dog-  The guys website will be up Friday, and after I get over the initial shit fit, I will (hopefully) either have my own set of pics and the vid, or they will be on his site and I'll pass out links!

i love it when i get exhuasted enough i'm actually able to fall asleep on the phone with Master. something that rarely happens, i'm a light sleeper so tend to stay awake until the phones die and he's passed out snoring away (which i love too lol, he growls in his sleep and really does sound like a bear)

More complex than I can follow but I imagine you crafty types can follow it.

I love that I found fig preserves and have located my old fig cake recipe. I haven't made it in many years since up here in the north woods they don't sell fig preserves, arugula, pickled green tomatoes and other such citified stuff. But lately I've started seeing more things and I love it.

i love being on campus ...again.  this girl is back from her adventure today at the local University.

i applied for admission and registered for a summer class - "Elementary Statistics" in the math department.  (i already have a BS degree but missed that course.)  Summer schedule is frantic...4 days a week and 2 1/2 hours a day.  Since i am over 60 years old (i'm 64) my tuition and fees are FREE!  All i have to pay for are my books. They don't care about my SAT scores since i took the test back in 1962.  i basically don't have to qualify at all.  Isn't old age great?
 
The side benefits are good, too.  My student ID gets me free city transit bus rides every day, free Y membership and admission to university events & ball games (with eye candy - yum).
