I love that BarneyCat let me sleep in 4 hour increments last night! Yay for stronger sleeping pills, yay for a quieter kitty, yay for happy sleep!!

Oh and I love that BarneyCat is all sweet and snuggly today even if that means I'm trapped because she won't budge off my legs. She always gets a wee bit freaked when RR spends the weekend, this time she found the perfect hiding spot.. up inside my recliner. Poor old kitty just doesn't share well with others, especially someone who won't put up with her hissy fits hehe.

I'm loving that I'm past this bout of sub drop, that I have understanding here on what its all about. It sure isn't something easily explained to twitchy vanilla friends heh.

lol, that does sound sooooooooooo familiar to me, as my ginger boy Curry does soooooooooo hate it when "strangers" come into "his territoritry" (meaning: MY Flat!)

He could not display more his disagreement to MY visitors...I almost feel sorry for him when he will play up again sunday to tuesday *lol*

Phoenix it was so funny, RR and I were laying on the bed when Barney leapt on and began hissing at us. RR stuck his finger in her face (Barney would have bitten my finger off) and said BAD KITTY, she got this astonished look on her face then spent the rest of the weekend up inside the recliner.

I always thought my cats were ok as I never really had such extreme behaviour from cats in the past in regards to displaying disapprovement to visitors. Also in the past my current cats were fine when I had male and female visitors in 2007...but it seems that he changed now with becoming more mature (lol) as in December last year he was hissing badly when RBB visited me...he was sitting sulking at my front door, a real boring place and also sitting in the bedroom, whereas we were in the lounge. Every time when I took him to the lounge to us he sniffed briefly at him and then hissed followed by jumping off and going to the door or bedroom again...he did show that he does not approve of another person "at his place."

Now when my parents were here over easter he was the same, he accepted my mum after about 2 days but never really my dad...he only accepted him when he felt safe with standing on the bed or on the desk, otherwise he did run off scared from my dad...what a "big mouth" my 2 year old ginger boy is [8|]

So am curious now how badly he will react to my next visitor *lol* (thank goodness my other two are happy with visitors...as after all, that might give them more tlc :o)

...I managed to make our 70 people strong course laugh today...we had placement evaluation day and over a longer period of time the people on the left side of the room answered negative aspects from their placements which could be improved for future students...at some point she came over to us, asking for positive aspects...as everybody turned silent I couldn't help it and said in quite a dry manner "we don't do positive..." where a huge laughter occured as quite a few of us were not that lucky with their placements and some knew particular my boredom and frustration on placement...(only my damn neighbour next to me slapped me quite hard on my upper arm...which DOES hurt with fms...). Nevertheless, it lightened up the atmosphere quite well [:D]

It's the easiest way of getting the IP address from a DNS entry.

I love it that it's cool enough again tonight to have the heat on & bundle up in the flannel. What is it about flannel that I find so comforting?

I love it that I had to do online training tonight, which makes it so I can't leave till 7am tomorrow, since I gotta have that dang 10-hour break.  [:D]

I love it that His Evilness noticed that I haven't contacted him in 2 days.  [8D]

I loved seeing the deer today & stopping for breaks for a change.  Normally, I just turn on the cruise & stop when my hours are up.  Today, I took 2, count them, TWO breaks to eat meals.

I love it that I made the decision this week that I'm going to eat healthier & avoid meat & see if I start feeling better.  And it appears I've lost 2 pounds.  I'm sure I'll find it down the road, though.  *gigglesnort*
