They're pretty low fat to begin with, I just used chicken, broccoli, cheese, season salt... if you're looking for low salt alternatives, just look into like Mrs. Dash.  They're actually pretty good.  There's a lot of salt alternatives out there.  Cumin is a good seasoning for that as well, curry powder, cinnamon.  But as far as dough, let me cm you the recipe, unless others here want it too.  It's just a simple bread roll recipe.  But one I've had a lot of good luck with.  I love working with bread, it's like baking, but you can actually be a bit willy nilly with it, as opposed to, oh, cakes and cookies...

A recipe by cmail would be nice.  The trouble with a pie pastry is the amount of fat involved.  A bread or roll dough would be better. i'm experimenting with flat breads recently although i really like making a nice oatmeal or herb loaf of bread.

Wait until you're hosting FTP and HTML servers.  I have an HTML interface for my BMS server.  It's shared with an FTP server so bandwidth can be a little tight when you're online at the same time.  Thankfully most of the people who make use of the FTP side are Yanks so they're using it late night (their time) while junior and I are sleeping.

It's great to see someone learn a new skill on computers.
Especially when I don't have the time to teach them [;)]

LOL   it isn't English... it's geekspeak.  I may be wrong on some of these definitions, by the way.

FTP = File Transfer Protocol.   It's what allows you to share information with others.
HTML= Hyper Text Markup Language.  It's code that makes web pages work.
BMS=  Some kind of server that allows automated ammenities in a home to communicate with the controller/computer that orders different functions to happen.

I love that I got to talk to Hejira on the phone last night for a while.. she's so yummy....I love that she laughed when I said that Cuff scares me (in a good way).  I LOVE her new corset photos!
I love that that Kittehs let me sleep until 610 this morning.  and that they let me go back to sleep after I added food to their already not empty bowls.

I Love that Buttah is finally getting treated properly for the health issues she contracted in NY and that Parrish Hospital in Titusville Florida is damned good and on the ball. They even have decent food, though she doesn't think so having gotten one of the "You haven't eaten? Now that you are admitted let us microwave a plate for you meals last night."

FTP - a means of transferring files without having to faff about with the web page side of it.
HTML - the web page side of it
BMS - Building Management System, the means of automating a building so that you have less to worry about and faff about with in your daily life.

...I put a nintendo-wii game onto amazon and less then 30 minutes later I already sold it [:D]

NOT that I really wanted to sell it...but I am also not desperate to keep it, I got it free of charge with the nintendo wii and at least for now it does help a bit financially [:D]
