Yes, I realize these may be two opposite ends of the spectrum...but it saves posting twice and getting that annoying you cant post two messages so close to gether thing...

I need some links...or some where to start type things...what to look for....basics I guess on these two things...any one have any advice or pointers?

Are you asking about doing fire play ON breasts that are bound?

I think they are asking for pointers on both, seperately.

For fire play, I think it's best to attend a demo, it's lots of fun to see anyway. :D My s/o and I have our own variation I suppose, with alchohol that is traced onto skin with a paintbrush, lit, then put out... hrm I guess it doesn't sound very exciting that way, haha.

Be careful and stuff, ect, ect.

Fire play is definitely something that's best taught in person. I'd suggest the OP hit a conference or similar event where someone's teaching a fire play class with hands-on instruction, or find someone in her community that does fire play and is willing to teach.

For breast bondage, there are some shibari websites that have some tutorials. Kinkyropes.com, Japanrope.com, Shibari.info, Ropeforpleasure.com - I've seen some helpful info there.

Yes I was asking for ideas on the two individually. Sorry about that it was late when I posted that.

What I mainly want to know, is what do I look for?

Ive seen pics of the breasts when bound, they look very engorged and purple...they dont look happy about it at all....but when does it cross the line to a danger point.

Ive also read some sites about fire play. Going to a demo is next to impossible as there arent any such things in My area and I dont have the ability to travel much farther than about 50 miles to see one.

So...I may have to leave that one out for a while...

Binding the breasts has similar safety issues as binding the testicles. The more you do it, the more the blood vessels become "seasoned" and will stretch to accommodate the engorgement due to blood flow restriction. Depending on how large the breasts are will be what determines many of your options. If large enough, I have found that the huge purple rubberbands that can be found around fresh vegetables, such as broccoli stalks, are a great way to start someone off. Place 2-5 rubberbands around each breast. You can leave them on for about 15 mins or so then should release them to allow blood flow and prevent any vessels from bursting. Then you can rebind. Once the breasts have become more seasoned to the bindings you can leave them on longer. As with testicular bondage, when they feel cool to the touch and begin to turn very purple, it is time to take things off for a bit.
Rope bondage links have already been provided for you. However, you can also take smaller pieces of twine and wrap the breasts indivdually, doing one breast and crossing over with a figures 8's to do the other breast.
If you like a little bit of blood and needle play, it is fun when the breasts are engorged as just a little prick will have increased bloodflow due to the engorgement.

As for fireplay, I, too, recommend some firsthand instruction prior to trying it alone.

You would be surprized at the educational opportunities available within a couple hours of Western Kentuky.

Beat me In St Louis (weekend long event with classes on all sorts of things)
Lexington has a munch / party group that brings in instructors/ presenters/
Nashville TN has The Mark which also brings in presenters
Great Lakes Leather Alliance weekend in Indianapolis
and I am sure there is a group working in Cincinatti Ohio

That's just the ones I know of there are cerainly more events and groups in your area.

Now the 50 mile limit I missed so but there is a difference for a weekend long event I'm sure. But that still leaves Lexington KY

I just recently attended a demo on bondage. I can promise you that a harness is much easier than fire play.

Thank you all so much for the advice and the links.

I am hoping to get to Louisville the first weekend in April to visit My girl in her own area, which this could be a challenge as I do have two kids, but I think I can maybe arrange to see at least a demo or two.

I look forward to learning about these things and hope that I can pick them up and excell at them as I have with flogging, crops and paddling.
