Anybody else out there ready for baseball season to start? What's your favorite team, and who do you think will take it all this year??

not me..i despise baseball. its all about money...the players dont give a shit...and half or more of them are on steroids.

its also very boring to watch...and only fun if your playing it.

that AND spandex pants.. yummmy... Living in phoenix made it easy to go to all the practice games - quite a few teams trot down to the valley of the sun to sweat off some of that off season weight and toss a ball around.... Takin the nose miners out to see a game, sittin in the grass with a picnic can't really be done during regular games...

Always looking forward to the baseball season. The Dodgers are my favorite team, followed closely by the Angels. Could this be the year of an LA freeway series? One can dream can't they?

If you're referring to the Black Sox Scandal, that was the Chicago White Sox in the 1919 World Series against the Cincinnati Reds.

I like baseball well enough, but in a way, it makes me sad, because it means football and college hoops are gone for awhile.

I'm an Astros fan...... we should score plenty of runs, but our opponents should score even more

After ace Roy Oswalt, we have Moe, Larry, and Curly as starters. Or somebody.

Our entire division kinda stinks, except for maybe the Cubs and Brewers.

Red Sox vs Mets in the Series, Boston takes it in 6.

Having grown up in Queens, I'm a Met fan. And Omar grew up in Queens, making him a local boy, even better.

Although the only games I will be attending this year will be my son's, who doesn't even like baseball but has decided to play since the coach also coaches Varsity basketball and he's trying to get on his good side and make varsity next year instead of j.v. I had rather hoped he would do ultimate frisbee instead. He would rather they start a paintball team. But baseball it is.

these Cubs you speak of (who seem to hibernate in Oct.)where are they taking my Yankees .Certainly you do not suggest they win a W.S. such foolishness...April is indeed upon us when foolish minds deceive themselves with such glee....
