TAKE HEED! A very disturbing news story here in Buffalo. A young woman was murdered last year, the man who killed her was caught and the trial was today. He was found guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The only thing that was previously mentioned was that the young woman was an "escort of some sort". Today at the trial it came out that some sort of BDSM was involved and the woman was tortured and then killed. Whatever happened, this should serve as a wake up call for anyone meeting with another for the purpose of power exchange of any type. Everyone needs to take special care that they are safe and will stay that way. Do NOT under any circumstances agree to any exchange before you really get to know one another. The best way to do this is to join your local BDSM group and play there. You can NEVER be too careful. Full story below... BUFFALO, N.Y. - A Buffalo man learned his fate Wednesday for the murder of an escort last fall. The judge sentenced K.... B..... to the maximum sentence under manslaughter in the first degree. Immediately after the sentencing, friends and family of J..... F..... comforted each other outside of a State Supreme Court room. The man, who's name they wouldn't utter in court, only to call him murderer, was sentenced to 20 years in prison. In October of 2007, the 39-year-old admitted to suffocating 24-year-old. It happened inside a North Street apartment building. In the court room Wednesday, J.F's sister read a statement on behalf of the family. "We will never see that sparkle in her eye, we will never recover from the pain," her sister said. And according to B..., neither will he. He apologized and admitted his actions were unforgivable. His attorney described his actions as engaging in risky behavior. B.....'s attorney J.... T....... said, "Mrs. F..... went to his apartment as an escort to engage in bondage activity. It's unpleasant to say, but that's exactly what happened." One arresting officer at the scene that night described it as a gruesome homicide that involved torture. There is no word yet on whether B.... plans to appeal the sentencing.
