Try the reverse... I am a Female Dominant and my Angel is a little crossdressing boy in diapers when we play. Nothing odd here, nothing to see, move along. If he said woman in diapers, I'd have the same reaction I have to many things: "Hey, whatever floats your boat". I don't judge on that front unless someone is doing somethig truly harmful or abusive; for instance, I'm not okay with a disembowelment kink. However, if he said "girls in diapers" I'd probably need to ask a few questions to figure out if he meant the adult baby thing, which is fine, or if he was a pedophile, which is not. So, overall, as long as it's the kink, whatever, knock yourself out. I'm sure there are stranger things out there (this is not an invitation to prove it).

If he's sexually aroused by a 'woman' in diapers, then it by definition can't be pedophilia. If it were 'babies' in diapers that he was actually sexually attracted to, the adult woman would do nothing for him. Personally, not my kink, but I couldn't give two hoots if anyone else wants to do it, so long as they undertake it in a healthy fashion (like making sure the diapered woman doesn't wind up with fecal matter in her vaginal canal).

I don't get the daddy/daughter thing. To me diapers and drinking out of a bottle in a humilation thing, something that is done when I have been acting like a spoilt brat/child, its a case of if i act that way then i will be treated that way. Thank you all for your responses. I'm love psychology and people in general. It's interesting to me that the vanilla world is completely turned off and disgusted by ABs, the BDSM world doesn't really care, and the AB/DL world is cheering me on. I love it!

Disgusted? No. It doesn't offend my senses thus. Freak? Hardly, we all have our differences in taste and pleasure, just because it doesn't appeal to me so strongly doesn't mean I have any right to think ill of it. What I do think is that people should be honest with themselves, first and foremost. If it's something someone enjoys, who does it harm? Life is too short, and too miserable to limit oneself merely for the sake of avoiding scorn and derision.

If it was out of the blue or from a stranger, I might wonder why they are bringing it up and I might feel a little trepidation about their mindset or intentions. IMO it's a pretty personal thing to share just casually in convo. But, then again that could be said about many kinks or fetishes.
