neosporin?  Other than that I have no clue.  You need the cut to heal as fast as it can.
Vitamin C helps to heal.
Yet, you have to have it in you and still there are no miracles.

well I cleaned it up in that morning, three days ago so the scab is dry and not cracking...one of those weird ones you know? not a lot of blood kind of like a big cat scratch. Anyway I cleaned it with witch hazel to take the swelling down ....not bad swelling mind you, more like the area around it was bruised so...it stopped hurting 2 days ago, but i just have a big gnarly ugly scratch....That Sir finds hilarious btw....and I have a distinct feeling if its not gone by then...hes going to keep pointing out and giggleing. Yes he giggles...its cute. Anyway...I have contemplated covering it with some thick pancake make up I have from my old stage performance days, but I just want it gone!!! The things I get myself into.....

I don't think there is anything that will make it disappear in the time frame you are working with....but might I suggest shopping for softer sheets?

Having you tried soaking it to soften the scab? Immerse yourself in the bath. I've also used petroleum jelly liberally to keep it soft. I scar easily and found this helps and seems to have the side effect of healing faster, although it could be my imagination.

Apply pure vitamin E oil to the scar.  You can either buy it in a bottle from a drug store/  pharmacy or cut a vitamin E tablet in half and put the oil directly on your skin.  (You probably will need your Sir to help you apply this on your back).

Or try cutting a small section of an aloe vera leaf off and putting the sap directly on the scar.  The leaf can be stored in the fridge inside of a plastic bag and cut in sections for easy application.

We got some 600 count sheets on sale a year ago.  Night and day difference over the 250-350 you normally find on sale.  We can never go back again.

All the sheet burns go away.

Once I needed to get rid of rather large shallow surface wound (scratch) fast.  I got antibiotics cream (Fucidin).  Almost everything was gone in less than 4 days if I remember it right.
