People are giving you GOOD suggestions and you are still finding ways to make it NOT work.  Find ways to make it work!  Ask, "how can I, without a high school diploma, get training so I can work?".

By the way, medical transcription is not a dying field, there are lots of single providers that pay to have their reports typed. However, you have to have an entrepreneurial spirit to go out and get the work, and I don't see that side of you.  Medical billing is not dying either, but it is a complicated business that I don't see you excelling in.  You need an aptitude test (and yes, there are free ones) to see what you can do and what you would be good at.

my therapist said that there are programs where a doctor can just talk into a mic and it will record what he says...and that a doctor can just log onto some program and it will automatically send out a bill.

I would think that medical transcription and medical billing would be growing fields, not dying fields.  With the population living longer and needing more health care it seems there would be more of a need for both of those.  Logcially-speaking.

Ana's song:

Please die, Ana
For as long as you're here, We're not
You make the sound of laughter
And sharpened nails seem softer
And I need you now, somehow
And I need you now, somehow

Open fire
On my needs designed
On my knees for you
Open fire
On my knees desires
What I need from you

Imagine pageant
In my head
The flesh seems thicker
Sandpaper tears corrode the filth
And I need you now, somehow
And I need you now, somehow

Open fire
On my needs designed
On my knees for you
Open fire
On my knees desires
What I need from you

And you're my obsession
I love you to the bones
And Ana wrecks your life
Like an anorexia life

Open fire
On my needs designed
On my knees for you
Open fire
On my knees desires
What I need from you

Open fire
On my knees desire

Open fire
On my needs designed
On my knees for you

Sappy:

And if you save yourself
You will make him happy
He'll keep you in a jar
And you'll think you're happy
He'll give you breathing holes
Then you'll think you're happy
He'll cover you with grass
And you'll think you're happy
Now

You're in a laundry room,
You're in a laundry room
Conclusion came to you, oh

And if you cut yourself
You will think you're happy
He'll keep you in a jar
Then you'll make him happy
He'll give you breathing holes
Then you'll think you're happy
He'll cover you with grass
Then you'll think you're happy
Now

You're in a laundry room,
You're in a laundry room
Conclusion came to you, oh (x2)

And if you fool yourself
You will make him happy
He'll keep you in a jar
And you'll think you're happy
He'll give you breathing holes
Then you will seem happy
You'll wallow in your shit
Then you'll think you're happy
Now

You're in a laundry room (x3)
Conclusion came to you, oh

why would they pay someone to do something when it would be cheaper to have a computer do it?

Do you ever think that you glorify your issues? that you somehow see all this stuff in a romatic way? I think you do, it reminds me of the pretentious 'dark' people who talk about the torture they have and listen to loud music and wear lots of eyeliner because it makes them feel a little more unique. I dont think you will get better until you stop defining yourself by your problems, I am sure that you have plenty about you that makes you an interesting person.

Someone has to operate the computer and proof the work.

Yes and no.  There are speech recognition programs, but trust me, I work in this field... there are many, many doctors who don't like them, but would prefer to dictate into a handheld recorder and let someone else type it.

As far as the "automatically send out a bill"... nope, there is no software right now that will do that. Someone has to enter the patient demographics, enter the insurance information (which is often NOT what is on the insurance card, necessitating a phone call to the insurance plan), send the claims either on paper or electronically, followup on unpaid claims, make phone calls to appeal denials, write second level appeals on paper to try to get a denial overturned, send copies of records to support claims on request, post the insurance payments and make calls if they don't pay the correct amount, post the patient payments and deal with correspondence from patients, etc., etc., etc.

Even if a doctor is using a program where he enters the charge information into the computer from the treatment room, a person still has to handle it from there.  There aren't any "automatic" bills being sent out.

top ten through 2014

These are for college-educated.  You can take a leap and assume that there will also be growth in positions that offer support to the positions listed.

Is your therapist also a career counselor who specializes in job placement?

Hi there

My youngest sister has been operated last week from wisdom teeth.
The duration of the procedure took 30 minutes. They have open her jaws to pull them out, so she had some stiches.
She took  medications (tylenol type I guess) for 1week, she could only eat tepid food and nothing to hard to chew on. Beside that everything is fine and she is doing OK today.

now you maybe got an idea of what to do.
