~fr!
I haven't been posting too much here of late...busy, busy, busy.
I posted some new pictures, and with all the complaints on the boards (off topic) about delays and rejections, I was a bit worried, but they were approved and up in just a few hours. Included in the photos are pictures of My new leather toys, made by MzPam's boy, James.  My new canes are ready also, but no time to go pick them up.  At least I got to break in My new flogger on eric, before his accident.  (more on that below)
I am always amazed at how much we get for absolutely nothing on this site. Anyway, I had fun playing with the photos, and taking a few favorites and being artistic with them.  I did that on a day when I was loopy from the new meds My doctor put Me on.  Doing fine now, but as we increase the dosage I have learned that I better just plan on doing nothing for 24 to 36 hours.  Especially driving.
eric had an accident while home with family and was in the hospital for a day.  So I am anxious to work schedules out so he can just be with Me all the time after he gets through this medical situation.   Broken bones...*Sigh*  But he will be fine, and that is all that matters for now.
Another boy that I had not heard from in almost 2 years called Me out of the blue on Easter Sunday.  He has pulled another disappearing act after only a couple of days.  .  You'd think I would learn and just hang up the phone!
The weather has been warming up very quickly here.  Still cold at night in the desert, but almost too warm during the day.  We may approach 90 this week.  I am not running any heat or a/c during these weeks, so I enjoy the much lower electric bills.  Gives Me a chance to save up for the horrific ones expected later this summer.
Working, too busy and always trying to find time to finish things up.  And when I do have time, I find Myself being lazy instead.  If you count reading the boards as being lazy, that is.      Too many projects and too little time.
My grandson is two now, and an absolute love.  My younger UM is 22 and sometimes can be an absolute crazy.  I have no idea how she has the energy to do all she does.  Ah youth!
I am just enjoying the patio, the quail, the jackrabbits and watching for rattlers and scorpions.  Soon the baby quail will hatch and then I will have fun watching the families.  I love Arizona.

I'm completely exhausted and deliriously happy.  Life is delicious.

Seconded. ^__^

The big thing in April is going to be a mad-dash to get my studen loans in order so I can have transcripts released and re-apply to Eugene Lang College and NYU. Oh, and try to scrimp together the cash for another trip down south to visit old friend neglected and new friends made.

Wow!!  For real.  I think I just had a deja-vu reading that response.  Hey, never too young to partake and you should ALWAYS look!!  LOL
I was having some "too young to partake" issues, myself, until recently.  Dayum!!!  What a way to wake up the energy!!
As long as I mentally (emotionally might be the better word) keep it in perspective it is nothing to be missed!!  GO FOR IT!!
I am just loving some of these new smiley faces!!! LOL

Ahhhh....Dusty...the finer things in life.  I now find myself looking for the squirril that tears up my front lawn each morning (while cursing him).  Watching the peepees (baby ducks...you perverts) hatch for the spring and wondering how many will get nailed by the hawk family I have near by.  And, I watch the bass jump on the mornings the early spring sun blesses us with.  Then I head out with the fishing pole!!  LOL
It is sooooooooooooo nice to have some "slower" days in life.
And, as for the grandkids, I can't get close enough.  They are "only" 2700 miles away.  *sigh*  I miss them, much!!
I really enjoyed your post.  Please frequent more often!!

Ha, I am so glad I saw this thread late in the day so that I didn't panic at the April Fool's prank!

Things are good in my neck of the woods. Very busy with my work, attended a lovely event (Winter Fire), had an enjoyable birthday, and I'm getting ready for some travel. I also have been invited to present again for one of our local groups on objectification, so that's exciting. My only sad news is that I will be apart from my maid for some time coming up (due to both of our work commitments), but it's not forever.

And Spring is *finally* here, in the form of cherry blossoms and daffodils. About damn time!

Getting ready to go back to school and finish a degree.  LOVING everything about spring ... the furze of green on everything, leaving work without a coat on and smelling the earth, raking my ivy bed of last years leaves ...

I've entered into my mating season -- weirdly, consistently, every romantic relationship I have had has started between spring equinox and the summer solstice.  Crossing fingers for a rich, unexpected, beautiful connection.

Even if it's nebbishy to admit, I have dived back into knitting and am loving it.

I'm enjoying being in my brother's upcoming wedding even if I have to wear .... (drum roll, please) ... irridescent raspberry taffeta.  (giggling)

Hello...

Thought I'd jump on the bandwagon since I've been lurking here a lot recently.  (which, btw, why did I never notice the message boards on CM before?!)

Life is good for me right now - just moved into a new place, so I'm still sorting out the finer points.  I now have a garage that I'm considering turning into a small dungeon.  I'm enjoying being single and going on lots of fun dates, nilla and non.  I've got my little tomato plants transplanted outside now and I swear they are growing an inch a day...  Yay ripe tomatoes this summer!

Anyway, hi everyone!

Hi Everyone,

I'm in a very similar situation as Ms Dragon 5. I was born wired as a sub and am in a vanilla marriage of 28 years. Always open to suggestions. Thanks everyone.

Good luck with that.
I have mine crossed as well and think the mating season this year definately has a strong energy about it.

I can eat them by the baskets full.  And I just LOVE tomatoe sandwiches with lots of mayo, salt, and pepper.  Oh, and salty potatoe chips.

Hola from the Pacific NW.

Doing just great and beginning to feel my domme oats...

The winter's crop of experiences has blossomed out into a full-fledged domina, as both KinkFest and our recent local Fetish Night saw. CM has proven serially invaluable...three subs and a dom/switch friend at about a 75% success rate. (The fourth sub came off of craigslist, but once I found CM I killed the personal on CL...ony about a 7% success rate.)

Crummy moments involve slow-pay tenants and the tax man and plumbers. (Major challenge there; any plumber subbies want an exchange in kind?)

But, hey, if life was perfect it would be damn boring. The ups and downs vary the texture. Now to get the garage-to-dungeon conversion done before June.

I dismantled my garage dungeon when I temporarily moved and had house for sale.  But now I'm back and ready to re-do it much nicer this time.  Need a new shed for storage first, however.
Will wait till I have subbie help.  Then they can add their 2cent worth of creative thinking..*smile*
June would be a nice target for me as well.
Good Luck!!

That's RIGHT this is my birthday month!  Mom, the 7th, ME the 13th, Dad the 17th.  So I am honestly v v happy that both parents are with me still, since 5 1/2 yrs ago my dad was given 6 weeks to live.  Mom is in declining health, due to an array of chronic issues, and Dad is Mr MoodSwing since the chemo brain rot, but they are HERE.

I can relate to that.  Cancer survivor here.  And, YES, the chemo DEFINATELY affects brain cells.  The medical field has officially recognized it and stolen my term "Chemo-brain" to describe it.  It can suck.  But, it does improve over time for most.
Be patient with him.  And hoorah he made it through!!

Hello Everyone,
I tend to be a lurker here, but I've been reading the boards for awhile. I collared a sub on January 1st, things are still going wonderfully. His former Domme and I have become close friends (they parted on very good terms). I'm looking forward to warm weather to come, Wisconsin has been very cold this year. That's about it here.
Also, thanks to all of you that do post regulary, I've gotten a few ideas that made my boy very nervous and happy.

I love roll calls. I'm a n00b, but here's my two cents:   the good: I've gotten to do a lot of snowboarding this winter, and most of it has been epic. I almost forgot what riding groomers was like, there was so much powder! Living in Utah seriously is the best for that. I just very recently met a man on CM that makes my toes tingle...have to see where that goes, and I'm so excited! I'm looking forward to applying for a new job soon, as I really have grown to dislike my current one. the bad: my fibro is flaring and giving me problems, my finances are non-existant, and the wonderful man I met lives 1500 miles away in a state with no snow. NO SNOW. Ah, well, enough bitching and moaning, it's spring, and there's two more months of snowboard season at least. Now if someone would come rub my head...

Well, just wanted to pop in and say Hi..a have someone that has contacted me and we are talking in CM mail....not going to get excited about this one...at least not yet..lol but maybe since she took the iniative and contacted me and has kept up with the messages back and forth it might at least make me not feel like the personal side of this site is a waste for me. Other than that nothing new or exciting for me.

And since everyone was talking about the new smilies I had to take a look...hehe they are cute.I like that one hehe
