i don't know how many (if any) other people on here are blind, but i was wondering if they have the same issues i do with their Master/Top/Dom. i still have limited sight, so it is not always apparent that i am blind and sometimes He forgets and makes hand gestures at me. all i see is a hand (or fist) waving at me. before He remembers that i cannot see what He is doing, He gets frustrated. He does not take out any of it on me and seems a little embaressed that He forgot. does anyone have any suggestions as to something He can do that is a bit inconspicuous but can get my attention and direct me?

blindfolds will remind him that you cant see, dont by the expensive ones on BDSM sites, get a sleep mask from wally world. even though there is little effect on you the visual for him would help.

I answered the wrong question... a particular touch, example a certain spot on your shoulder. a particular sound to make or word he says that is for you.

thank You Phin Sir. the idea of wearing a blindfold as a reminder for Him never occured to me. and having each of His touches mean some movement or activity is expected of me is something i should have thought of. sometimes the most obvious things are what i overlook. thank You again Sir.

Well, when i'm playing i have to take off my glasses, so small gestures and such i'm blind to as well. And if the lighting is low, double hit with my night blindness. But i've found that my Owner tends to snap his fingers to get my attention. And if i don't know what he's wanting, i'll communicate it. If i can't communicate it, he's pretty good at reading me and he'll just take hold of me and do what he was asking, or he'll speak up. It's an understanding between the two of us i guess. But then, we have a pretty deep connection with each other.

When we're playing, my Alpha will sometimes forget that I'm very limited on my site with my glasses off. If he's trying to signal something I'll close my eyes tight and it'll remind him. Then he starts gesturing larger, lol. It's worked so far.

I'm thinking one of those clickers for training dogs with different series of clicks meaning different things might be helpful. That way He could communicate want he wants you to do without speaking if he chooses.

Is this while in play or just every day stuff? Rather than hand geastures, he should learn to make certain sounds with humming, whistle, snaping fingers, and such. I'm sure the two of you can work out a sound and touch code.
