I've never gone out of my way to milk myself, but eat lots of roughage. When you shit your prostate will dribble. Once does not equal milking, but you will "dribble" daily if you eat lots of fresh veggies.

Male milking is usually more successful when the male doesnt cum from ten days on. Sperm builds up,then milking is easier. May only be four or five drops of sperm,or a nice shot of gue.

Many sites online sell prostate massagers just make sure a band is in place to block cum from cumming out so to speak. Just do an online search for prostate massagers.
