Hello There,
I've seen people staple a vagina shut with Medical Staples before. It made the girl bleed like the dickins. I'd be very careful cutting that area as it tends to bleed more profusely than other parts of the body.
The lady who was stapled shut plays with staples and needles in her pussy all the time & does not seem to have many scars from it either. She said it takes about 4-5 days then it's all gone like it never happened with needle play and about 10 days to two weeks to heal fromt he staples.
I'd also recommend you only cut if you have to with sterile instruments to prevent infection.
I've also seen people cut patterns into someones rear before with a knife. It didn't seem to bleed very much, but it was a butt cheek and not the anus itself.
