i am confused, why would a Master have the need to take pictures or videos of other submissives (when he owns a submissive)? He can use the one he owns for these things? Why would he seek out others?

It would depend,
Is he seeking others?
Is he simply asking because hes friends with those females?

If hes asking for things of others and your not poly hes probably a troll. Though I cant say, best advice. Ask him, only he knows, if he gives an answer like, because I can, or because I feel like it, because Im the Dom in this relationship, and its something your uncomfortable with your going to have to talk to him about what makes you uncomfortable and make your choice.

i second hopelessfool. There are varying reasons to this open ended question really, and until more facts are known is somewhat difficult to answer.

Maybe he's and artist and wants a variety of models.

Maybe he's a hound and wants to chase anything in a skirt

Sorry pretty hard to answer with out knowing the man in question. The variables are just too high.

That would depend on a few tings, like is he a photographer (by hobby or trade) or does hejust want to take pictures of people?
I am a hobby photographer and I own 2 slaves.  I still seek out others to have model for me. Why? Variety.
They would ONLY model, there would be no playtime otherwise. 
Sometimes, it really is just an interest in photos.

Because he wants to? For the real answer, you'll have to ask him.

If you don't like that someone does this, or you don't like how he does it (i.e. deceitfully), then you can use it as a weeding tool to figure out who does and doesn't match you.

If he's like me, running a fetish based business. And some of the things I would pay a pro model thousands to do, I would NOT put out there from a partner who risked exposure in a community I had to live in.

Maybe the one he owns doesn't look good in pictures and videos.

the answer could vary...my first guess without knowing more about the situation is...variety/new material?  It all depends on his reason for looking for another sub...as someone already posed the question : is he an artist/photographer etc?

You actually need to communicate with your Master to find your answers.  Only HE can truly answer those questions.  Anything someone else tells you will only add to your confusion.

All very good possibilities, but only he can truly answer that for you, and finding the answer depends on how much you really want to know.  You are familiar with your relationship and likely have already drawn your own conclusions, but you and he are the only ones who are able to discuss with any certainty why it is happening and the purpose behind it.  Talk to him, and i wish you all the best.

Men are extremely visual creatures. They also like variety. Why would you eat chicken every day when you can have steak one day and lobster the next?

Speaking as a keen photographer (OK landscapes and nature photography is My main passion, rather than working with models or fetish photography) different subjects bring out different aesthetics, different and equaly beautiful images.

I have known a number of pro and semi-pro photographers working with models and they all use a large number, not just one.... so why would a Master want to photograph more than just His Own sub.... because they are different!

Master and i are BOTH into photography, but there are only so many outfits, so many poses and so many lighting concepts that one can take.  If i enjoyed taking pictures of trees, for instance, i'd certainly want to enjoy and experience the differences of MANY trees, not just one from just a handful of different angles and different seasons.
