Master and I used this bungee swing

I completely fell in love with it, and he thought it was pretty cool, too. lol But we don't have a location, presently, where we could attach it to the ceiling. Does anyone know of an alternative that might work, or is that just my wishful thinking. I put the link to the stronger model, because better safe than sorry.

You could go to your local hardware or Loews type store and build your own frame either out of heavy duty conduit black pipes were you can take it a part with easy. I saw one were you could make a pyramid style frame. The other idea is to on line and finds plans to make a frame out of wood. There are some great sites were you can get ideas to make it. Good luck with it also once you make it get a hanging wicker chair and make it were you can take it apart when you want to use the swing. Good luck. One more thing remember safety

you can also hang it from the door opening. the boards there are strong enough

The trick is to find a ceiling joist to put the O ring in. If you are in an unfinished basement, it's easy. Otherwise, you need a "stud-finder" that can be easily obtained in a hardware store. Doorways are perfect because they are solid, as mommy4u says.
