Dear Google, At least once a week I read a "where do I find" or "how do you" kind of email on a message board that I frequent. The answer over and over is "Google it." The word "Google" seems to have gone from a Proper Name to a verb. As in "I googled a recipe for 3 cheese quessadillas." Now, I don't mean to criticize, but it seems that your marketing department is a bit out of touch. If over and over, the answer is "google it," I'm thinking that you need to work a little harder on getting the word out that your company runs a search engine for the world wide web. Clearly people have never heard of you or the work you do. I myself am a fan and use your service all the time but evidently the fan base is woefully small. Perhaps you might consider putting an ad up on Craig's List so that folks can hear about your company? Kind regards, sunshine (whose google comes up in Korean, used to be Spanish and sometiems Que'chua)
