Hi Everybody

Does anyone know of a Web site that explains rope bondage
friendly yoga?

Today i was doing some rope bondage action before the Web cams
with one of my Dommes. Then i had this sort of cramping effect
right above and behind the knee of my right leg. To cut a long
story short, we had to stop the action for a while for me to stretch
and heal. Lost some 30-40 minutes of Web camera time.

Diva Midori explains at the Rope Dojo that yoga is a bene to
subies in bondage. So i am hoping that some yoga training might
make things a little easier in front of the camera(s). The cramp
really hurt and we had to cut the scene short. Sort of a lost of
some Web time.

From what I understand... any yoga is good for flexibility (which will help with rope bondage). Just pick up a beginner yogo DVD or something of the sorts. :)
