Entirely depends on the situation and the implied activity. If he's using this as a means to tell me to do something we had previously agreed I wouldn't do... then I'd politely remind him, I DIDN'T sign up for BS, and let him take it for what it was worth. If it was something I had agreed to cover, either ind etail or implied in generalization, then I'd do it, unless it was a serious issue/deal breaker. Then I might do it and insist on discussing and negotiating later, or if it was a deal breaker, I'd just say so and apologize that I had not included it in my lists of limits previously. If the statement was simply made in a general basis and he's just puffing his chest a bit, then I'd just nod and act appropriately meek and desperate for his approval/attention (or whatever would provide the most ego'stroking for him), and enjoy being his bitch. In my own personal definitions and petnames, I enjoy 'bitch' if it is preceeded by 'my' I find it a possessive endearment that makes me feel wanted. It tickles me in all the right places.
