I was convinced that when I was using a laundry mat, the dryer ran on socks. It ate one of multiple pairs of socks as a form of energy....

ever try to throw those wire hangers away? When and if you manage to get them into a Hefty bag they will immediatly put a hole in it. Then when you try to carry the bag out to the trash those wirey lil bastards will wrap themselves around your leg. Once they have your limb in their evil clutches they transform into barbed wire.
Bruised, bloodied and mad enough to spit, you end up duking it out curbside.
