I'd like to know who you respect around here, especially with the ones you find yourself on opposite sides of the political/social/financial/societal fence.

While SugarMyChurro and I hardly agree on anything, his arguments against Corporate Welfare are persuasive.

Kittinsol always seems to have a wonderful humor in dealing with not-so-humorous subjects.

Meatcleaver, while we don't agree on anything, always wants to argue!  No, really, that's a good thing!

Level, well, I think the name says it all.  Sometimes when the discussion gets "heated", his posts are simple, to the point, and give a neat little solution.

Well, I don't wish to single anyone out for special treatment, but why not; Pahunkboy, Lady Ellen, Darcy and the Dark, Terminator, Level, Lord and Master, Vendaval,  Mod 11.  There are others obviously, but those come to mind straight away.

Do we get to have a shit list? .....am I at the top?

There are many posters out there that I respect for a number of reasons, but I hate to leave anybody out. Most know who they are anyway :-) .

However, Licks is in a league all of his own [:D] .

Oh good.  Another popularity contest.  I am sure the people who post regularly who do not get mentioned by anyone will go hang themselves and drown their sorrows...

I respect everyones opinion whether I agree or not.  I do not 'do' favouritism.  I am sure those who want to name drop, will.[sm=tongue.gif]

Seriously, this stuff is inculcated at school.  I went to a religious boys' school, where it was social death to be popular - that's why I am the anti-Christ.

I tend to respect everyone who posts seriously, even if we dont agree.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions, even if they dont match mine, and as long as they dont need to resport to nasty attacks on others to get theirs across I find that respectable.
I do not respect those that get petty and attempt to get personal and hurtful just to make themselves look or feel better.

None at all - just an almost entirely male staff who had all had tough Jesuit educations themselves and wanted to shout at us all day.  School simply meant rebellion to me and the first time (years later) an American friend of mine explained a "glee club" to me, I went into shock.

Well I'm pretty sure we all have to respect cockroaches, what with the ability to survive what for the rest of us would be nuclear (or as our President terms it, "nucyoular") annihilation.

I don't expect this post will cause much partisan or contentious quarreling.

Although I don't have a good plan for how to accomplish that....
I am completely anti-roach.
