Try ebay look for sellers that sell using paypal --- paypal payments can be made so that money come out of your bank account --you do not require a credit card inorder to buy using paypal and they will pay in different currencies
A couple ebay shops that I know of from the US that sell leather garments in larger sizes at reasonable prices worldwide
I looked them up on the Ebay UK site rather than providing giving you a Ebay canada site so you can see the shipping costs to you

I have ordered from this place once but my order was totally screwed up which I was able to return for refund minus the shipping costs so never attempted to order from them again though may try again in the future
you can check to see if you can find ebay sellers within the UK , make sure to note how long they have been selling and take a look at their feedback scores, contact the sellers to ask about sizing if not clear when sizes are stated in S,M. L etc they tend to be sized smaller in leather garments than in fabric garments, so I ask what measurments they are made to fit
