okay, I knew a sub who sent messages to like 50 women at one time telling them all he was loyal, faithful and looking for his true love. He told two or three that he thought he wanted to marry them. It was his plan to sort of have relationships with them all and then dump the 49 he didn't want? is this as stupid as it sounds to me?

I watched the misfits yesterday and there were a few lines

"since when did you get to know anyone by asking questions"
"maybe believeing what he said wasnt even fair to him"

You learn about someones character not by what they say but by what they do, i would suggest telling someone that you are loyal would instantly make them question it. You show people your loyalty.

I think the fact that he claimed/lied he wanted to marry any of them without knowing them was a bit stupid.  Okay maybe not a bit stupid but....beyond stupid.  if the women fell for it that sucks...but it also depends on what these women believed based on what he'd possibly said to them.  All of that is stupid in my opinion as well.  If he wasnt honest with each woman about any other relationships he's had then thats a sorry piece of *&^%$

If he was honest about it, then i dont see anythign wrong with his plan.  There's nothign wrong with knowing more than one person and seeing if you are compatible with one and not the other.  Process of elimination....that i dont think is stupid.

He told them he was looking for someone he could love and marry, not that he was proposing to them all unmet. Maybe he was telling the truth, that that was what he is looking for in a relationship.

Not that sending a form letter is the best way to go about it imo.

very stupid

i receive messages from male submissives professing their undyling love, devotion, faithfulness, etc while claiming to be "no limits i'll do whatever you want me to do" slave. then at the end, there's a marriage proposal.  messages like that only end up being deleted without reply.

You pretty much have to play the numbers game.  Which kind of sucks, 'cause there are maybe 5 decent profiles in the UK for female subs in my age range.
