last night I was working on the school newspaper. We've been trying to increase readership so we've been testing out a "sex column" where every week we discuss different facets of a college student's sexual life. The editor was writing about sex toys last night for the paper today. I was working on my two pages quietly, trying to rush through it so I could go out to dinner with A. I heard the editor and the entertainment editor discussing something about fetish vs. sex toys and my ears perked up. Then all of a sudden, the editor turned and yelled to me, point-blank, "Are blind folds under the fetish category or are they sex toys?".
First thought that went through my head:
"Gags are more fetish than blind folds"
What I said:
"Well a lot of people close their eyes during sex to make things feel better, so blind folds are more of a sex aid than a fetish item or sex toy."
how I wanted to continue:
"Unless, of course, you're using the blind fold to make sure your slut can't see what punishment you're dishing out next"
Next though that went through my head:
"Why did she turn to me so quickly when I'm across the room?"
