If you're after genuine schoolgirl uniforms, my school got theirs from SueMills. They had a store in the city that we could go and try on uniforms and then order from them. http://www.millswear.com/home You can see if they have a location near you. School uniforms are kind of expensive, and if you find one to fit in the waist it will probably be long. Most of the girls had theirs hemmed, or would roll the waistbands. Some girls would do both, so that they could tug the roll out so that it was the proper length of no more than four inches above the knee when they were being inspected, and then bring it up super-short when they were walking around campus. You may be able to find some used. If you know of any uniform-wearing highschools in your area you can ask where they usually send their students for their clothes.

A lot of times JC Penny and Target stores carry school uniforms. Also, try calling a local Catholic school to see where they order uniforms from, most have a supplier that also does independent business. spirited

In Kansas City, we have a supply store that caters to Catholic Churches and schools. I sometimes shop there for religious scene props and supplies. They carry a wide variety of clothing, from vestments to school uniforms. They even carry patches for local Catholic school uniforms. Try the Yellow Pages. -SD-

The least expensive way is to go to a school uniform supply warehouse. Look in the phone book there should be one that isn't too far from you.
