What they said ^, but for those that it changes over time (assuming this is not a sudden change you're asking about, but over months and years) it is most often related to a lowering of testosterone levels as they age or cardiovascular and/or pulmonary decline, prostate issues, and/or dissatisfaction with their relationship. Then you've all the other matters of stress, medication effects (both current meds' side effects and post-use effects), changing emotional status (regarding themselves, their partner, views on sex or types of sex, and endless other things), and endless other factors mental and physical. But those listed in the first paragraph are some of the most common.
