ive heard there is a cream that can be used to help with the bruising and the pain but have know idea what its called or where on earth i can buy any in the uk (i wouldnt know what to ask for lol) any advice appreciated

Arnica helps with healing and swelling.  You can take it as a small tablet or cream.  You can get it in any health store or chemist like boots.  The cream you will find with stuff like savlon or on the herbal counter - the tablets will be on the alternative/herbal counter.  I wouldn't say it helps with pain, but its the main cream I can think you mean.

I have some very soothing cream that experience has shown does wonders for cooling the buttocks, but sadly it's very limited edition...... [;)]

yes its arnica - fantastic stuff, i take the tablets pre op and pre dentist too. u can get tablets and cream, and i got mine at holland and barret. good luck oh and its not instant, needs to get into ur system (a good week)
