It seems that the way to do it is to avoid surgery!  This is an interesting collage of celebrities pictures "then and now" and how they got there:

I find it interesting that a plastic surgeon criticizes anyone who gets plastic surgery. If he disapproves of it so much, then why did he specialize in it?

There i was slowly looking at the pics of celebs thinking 'well they aint all that' then i hit Johnny Depp...holy mother of moo....he looks too good for his age!
i would never, could never have plastic surgery, im gonna grow old DISgracefully, i reckon that id rather look my age when i pop my clogs (die) than be laid out in a frilly casket lookin all 'barbie-fied' & plastic, with big deformed lips that sucked in too much collegen.
i'll just stick to my 'bag balm' & to say i look in my late twenties when im in my late thirties (so ive been told) i must be doing something right! -stay out of the sun & laugh LOADS! keeps ya young!

edited cos i cant type! grrr typos!

We can now see the long term result of plastic surgery.. maybe he has regrets.

Don't get too much sun, exercise daily, and diet. A tan looks geat when you are young, but when you get 50 or so the sun takes a toll on your skin.
