I have a rental unit now available that might be the perfect play space for the right individual. It's the lower half of a duplex, very dungeonlike, with a tile floor, thick cement walls and high windows. There is a larger room, and a small back room, low ceilings with beams, a sturdy support pillar, a closet that could be a built-in cage, and a full bath. About 300 sq ft. It is newly renovated and immaculate, my sub and I have been playing down there while it is vacant, but I can't afford to keep it empty. I'd love to work something out with one or two other people who see clients or just need a private place to play. The space is in Los Angeles, between downtown and Hollywood.
