They're supposed to give you vaginal stimulation and also help you build up your vaginal muscles.

I've had a couple of kids, not by c-section either, so they're pretty good for me as far as muscle control go, although I get absolutely NOTHING in the sexual thrill department. What I like better for vaginal muscle exercise though is my obsidian egg - it's heavier, bigger, and has a plastic string on it so I don't have to go fishing around for it.

I've used them a few times in public and be warned they can make a slight clicking noise when you walk. I always wondered if anyone near me knew what the noise was.
