I don't make any noise, except for a sharply inhaled breath when something really hurts. Most times, I'm also still, except for the tightening of muscles when something really hurts. Those are typically my only signals that something is going on, so when I'm given a pause, I exhale slowly and release the tension in my muscles. Anything resembling a quiet whimper or an effort to blink back tears results in the end of the session since continuing would probably mean blood. This, of course, is for a planned session with gradual build up, not a "punishment" role play that starts off hard and fast which I tolerate with much less "dignity."

i am very vocal but Master likes my noises so he does nt use a gag. if i get too loud he just kisses me to quiet me doen a little. He know when something hurts me even if i don't say so (can't get enough breath to say so) he knows my body better then i do.

I am a screamer and if he doesn't want me to be vocal the gag comes in handy. He knew that early on that I am vocal and need exterior things to quiet me.

I can be quite noisy when into a scene and I'm completely unaware of how much or how little sound I make once I'm in the zone. Sometimes he gags me, other times he likes to hear my pretty screams, cries and whimpers. Master has no interest in flogging a slave who can take a beating without a sound. Half the fun for him lies in making me squirm, so I'm given quite a degree of freedom. If I were ever to play up to that and exaggerate though, he'd be extremely pissed off.

Take long slow deep breaths, and focus on something, whether its a smell, a sound, or how many wetsuits are hanging on the wall.
