It mainly relates to the box tie/takate-kote but is generally relevant to any upper body bondage, not just rope. We can all help improve this, consider it work in progress, so comments, additions or details of incidents welcome, either here or via PM.
I make no apology for posting this in the Bondage forum as well, but I think it is essential information for anyone engaging in bondage. If it prevents, just one more injury, it will be all worthwhile.
