i am looking at getting a tens unit off of ebay, they go for 70 or so dollars.
is this the same kind of unit that i would get say off of a fetish site?
can i use all the evil attachments that they sell in the fetish store with my tens unit?
is there a better electro stimulation unit i should be considering instead?

I have done a bit of searching and found that there are more attachments for the P.E.S. unit. also i am interested in getting a urethral attachment for whichever device i do get. is the tens unit ruled out if i twnt to do urethral play? i cant find any attachments for that

Same kind as from a fetish shop, maybe, maybe not, depends on the fetish shop. We carry one that can have up to 8 pads going at once. It's priced at $180 cdn and comes with a variety of pads and connectors. It can be run off batteries or plugged in. Shameless plug: www.fetwear.com (although I don't think I have a pic of the TENS unit up yet - we do stock them give us a call if you are interested.

If you want to get serious about e-stim you will probably want to check out P.E.S (sorry no website handy. There are a couple of other manufacturers as well (sorry can't rattle em off, off the top of my head). Be prepared for a larger investment.

P.E.S makes a unit designed to stimulate a male to ejaculation (hands free woohoo). I'll bet not just submissive men use 'em too ;-) I'm not sure if a regular TENS unit can, it has been something I've thought of but not tried yet.

you can also find them from medical supply companies as well. they are more costly than ebay, but perhaps you might find out what features you want from looking at a larger web source, then look to find it elsewhere. i don't know about the use of these devices for your intended usage, so you'd do best getting that information from one of the other posters or source. be well.

If you decide to get a tens unit you can also use the attachments from other units like PES or erostec. You just have to find adaptors to fit between the tens unit to the attachments which shouldn't be difficult to find. You can find adaptors at radio shack or home depot. You can also get very creative and make your own attachments that can be connected by alligator clips. If I were you I would just get a PES and forget about having to use batteries. TENs units go from 180.00 to 600.00 I would not recommend you buy anything off e-bay unless they guarantee the product. Some old TENs units need to also be calibrated. Ideally if you have a unit with pad you may want to make sure that you have an extra set. Never use the pad on multiple people.

Your body must be clean and without perfumes or podwers befor using the TENS. Cleaning the skin with a alcohol swab is also recommended along with applying lotion to the area where the pads were placed.

One more note: The wire are coated with 2 color is doesn't matter what color goes where. However for effective usage putting the pads on and hooking the wires up in a criss cross pattern works best.

i have three tens units my fav is my bodyclock but the pes works well too they all have different setting make sure you find someone to train you and use the alreayd self adhesive pads there easier to work with then the carbon rubber y ou have to you gell. if the pads are not connected right will cause a rash or burn

My unit is a cheap $40 one made for menstral cramps. It only has two buttons: 1. on/off 2. +/-
