Could someone out there please tell me how to post a photo of myself from "My Pictures" to a Collarme email. Thank you.

when u want to send a message, type your message, then click the box that says add a picture..then all you do is browse on ur computer til you find it........then click it, add it, then send.....takes a couple of minutes, but they get it
