I take it you want someone cheaper?  Buy a ready made one.

In San Francisco there is Romantasy Corsetry

In Alameda there is Vintage Elegance.

Not in the Bay Area, but in Sacramento, there is OfCorset offered by Barbara Moran.  She gives corset making workshops in both Sacramento and Berkeley.

I can't speak to any of the above, but perhaps the links will help.

What a strange assumption.

I want quality and I am willing to pay for such. My budget was actually from $1000-1500 for a woman's corset. I was just wondering if there was any serious competition. Off the rack probably won't do because my slave has significant curves and a huge bust. In other words, she's va-va-voom gorgeous.

FWIW, I am probably able to make a corset - I have a pattern book and numerous sources for supplies and I know what all the "findings" are called. But sometimes one just wants to buy it from someone else instead of doing everything oneself.

Thanks for the helpful links, ownedgirlie.

Is that the same woman as is in the costumer's guild? Ah yes, we have mutual friends then...
