Good afternoon. I have enjoyed unprotected anal with my slaves for over twenty years and never had any problems. My last slave (for 7 years) and I enjoyed this at least once a week all those years and I seemed to have a lot of infections, one a severe prostate infection. Should a condom be used in an exclusive relationship for anal sex?

As Julia said, you should seek a doctor's advice here. Generally, if you are in a monogamous relationship and you both know that you are disease free, "bareback" anal should not be a problem. For some, perhaps you, it is. Ask your doctor and follow his advice.

First you need to find out if any of your infections are STDs or STD related. Whoever you are with now might as well get tested for STDs as well. Depending on the outcomes, I'm sure you know what to do and what is in the best intrest for you and your slave. If you both have STDs, then what's the point of the condom? If neither of you are infected and are in a monogomous relationship, then condoms shouldn't be that big of a deal unless you are having problems keeping fecies out of your penis. If just one of you has an STD and decide to stay together, it wouldn't be a bad idea to use a condom.

For now, I recomend that you use condoms untill you've seen a doctor for testing.
