As many pointed out, he wont be there should something go wrong with that scenario, and sadly, many things could go wrong. Hes not physically there to control the situation, that makes it unsafe for you.
If you want to give head to someone, find someone you can safely play with, locally. Take your time. Get it all approved by him if you want, but for goodness sakes take care of yourself. He's not.
It is my opinion, and maybe i'm old fashioned, a Dominant protects, not endangers. That is the best feeling in the world knowing you are safe within his realm. Only then can you truly awaken.
