Wow GT, cancelling your other plans. Okay, I have two itineraries saved: arriving in Ft. Myers on Wednesday 7/23 at 4:30pm; leaving Sunday 7/27 at 9am arriving in Ft. Myers on Wednesday 7/23 at midnight; leaving Sunday 7/27 at 1:30 pm What do y'all think? Cali

The airfare is a lot higher on the Friday/Monday pair, unless I wait until the last minute to try to get a "getaway" fare. Having to plan ahead with the kids, I can't do that. :( Even doing the Thursday/Sunday was a lot higher. Cali

It's harder to get home the same day flying from east to west unless you leave early. I couldn't combine the early arrival with the later departure, but it IS an entire day earlier than we were talking about. Sheesh. Some peeps are never happy, I tell ya! Cali
