As a Master that loves urethra play, I have done it many times...The best way I find to do it is to get some self caths, some surgilub, and provodone sterile solution and sterle surgical gloves...I then use the provodone solution to cleanse the entrance of the urethra, open a sterile cath, place the lub on the cath not touching the cath with the tube tip...then I slowly insert the cath into the urethra slowly only going about 2 1/2 inches to 3 inches in for thats all the further you really need to go...After insertion, move the cath back and forth in the urethra slowly for the sensation I want..Every time I have done it with a female slave she has reached an orgasm...I see this as a wonderful way of play as long as you are careful and sterile... have fun with it.. I can't possible see using a q tip as sugested here.... For those into medical Play i also do sounds play with the urethra also...This is an excellant sensation play for either a male or female slave, providing you sterilize the sounds tools before inserting them using the same precaution with these as you would with the cath.. remember these are only inserted a few inches... after insertion I use a tuning fork to send little vibrations all through the that area and every slave I have done this too, again has had multiple orgasms..Sir Thomas..
