what's the best way to shrink or get rid of hemorrhoids?

That would depend on how large the hemorrhoid is. If it is small and usually comes up when you have a hard or large bowel movement, then a cream, cold cloth, something like that would help. If it is larger, you may need a doctors help.

It depends... If they are minor...Prep H once in a while may be all you need. If severe...surgery may be required.
