i -think- this is the right place for this sort of question, but i could be wrong.  :(  i apologise if i'm in the wrong spot.
But my question is this: how does one deal with excess, er...excretions...when playing with the rear?  my poor Mistress has to wash big chunky bits off after we've been playing with the anal toys and i'm too far in subspace to do it for Her.
Is there something i should get more of in my diet, something i have too much of?  Or is this another case of 'shit happens'?  Should i start investigating Activia or Benefiber, or....just accept it?
Pardon my ignorance of the human body.  :(

Status: offline 		Well, you could go the fiber/ stool softener route and it might help or maybe an enema? Sorry never had that particular problem.

Status: offline 		I feel ya on this one. Lately it's been nothing but a mess trying to do anal play. I think it's because I haven't been keeping up with a healthy diet, lots of fast food and what not. I'm going to go get some fiber tablets, I'll get back to you on it.

Status: offline 		Enemas work great but if you do them to frequently the results can be disastrous. So to repeat what others have said more fiber and drink lots of water.

Status: offline 		Fiber and water, as others have said, and your Mistress can leave them for you to clean later.  You can have a container with a lid where she can toss them, and you can have the job of cleaning the toys and container when you come around.

Status: offline 		The sub I've been seeing recently gives himself a mild enema before coming to visit me (every 2 weeks or so). As the others have said, some changes to your diet are never a bad thing, and if anal play is a spur of the moment thing, I'd think it's the best way to go. IMO, if it's something occasional, and your Mistress plans ahead of time that it's something she's planning on, an enema is a good alternative... just be sure to try it well ahead of time and be sure it's very mild... some people have really horrible reactions to them (been there, done that, even mild ones can cause hours of cramps... sorry if that's TMI).

Status: offline 		Fiber is what I hear works best (honestly I don't have this result often, and have a poor time remembering the circumstances from one day to another)  One thing I *do* know that helps is if you have a bowel movement an hour or so beforehand.  Just poop before you play!  = )  (The reason fiber will help is it will keep everything more or less 'together' and solid so that one bowel movement will clean you out)

Status: offline 		Tristan Taromino has some great info about this in her blog.  I forget the address - just Google it.  Just about any doctor will suggest more fiber is a good thing in general - I am very fond of Benefiber - you R E A L L Y cant tell ts there - its great in coffee.

Its not like you have to hold them in for 30 minutes...if you do, what I would do or have my partner do was wait and take a walk...moveeeeeee =L=
 
Experiment with them and find out whats going to work for...you.
 
10 minutes will do...all you need to do is cleanse the lower bowl out some...
 
Its not that big a deal once your used to it...
 
But...scat I am not into...blah!
 
poo poo to that...

Status: offline 		Rather than a full enema, get an anal bulb syringe and just rinse the anus and rectum out.  Don't fill it multiple times so that you add a lot of water into the rectum at once, just fill it once, use it release.  Fill release several times and then take a moment to be sure it's all out. 

Use extra lube afterwards and the world is a very peachy place.

Status: offline 		I don't know about any one else, but after a lot of pooping I am sore, not only in the rectum ring, but the outer part too, and I certaintly do not enjoy any stimulation when my ass and spinchter is sore, so maybe you should consider that too.

Other wise poop before play and use condoms on toys inserted into the ass.
