How dangerous is having your nuts stomped,kicked,busted? Can there be permanent damage? I'm sure it's both pleasurable and painful,but it seems very risque..

There is alot of bad information out there, so I'm glad I'm the first to reply.

First, balls are surprisingly tough. They can take alot of pain without risk of damage. There are, however three things to be aware of:
1) Testicle Torsion - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testicular_torsion
Where the ball is twisted around inside the scrotum and the blood vessels are kinked. Always make sure everyone involved in play is aware of this.
2) Testicle rupture or tearing. This is harder to do, but also something to be aware of. Avoid stabbing the testicles with needles, and avoid hitting with sharp object (like the toe of some shoes). Finally avoid unreasonable forces. Someone can put a little force by standing on your balls, but they shouldn't stand with their full weight.
3) Avoid bondage that puts testicles at risk of supporting your weight if you should pass out.

I have to agree with Tag. While undergoing martial arts training, my instructor like to suprise attack and he would always target the balls. It is the first place someone would attack. I took alot of punishment to them before I learned to defend them adaquitly. They can definately take alot. But it is better to be safe than sorry. Be very careful.

my opinion... it depends on if you want kids or not!

In truth, i used to know someone who was kicked there by a horse when he was young, and in his adult life couldn't have kids. i'm not talking about being infertile, which means there's just a very low sperm count and so it's 99% unlikely. i'm talking... zero production at all due to scar tissue.

Yes, they can take a beating, but too much or just right placement CAN and does cause serious harm or permanent damage.

Apparently I forgot to add not to get kicked by a horse.

Horses kick so much harder than any human alive. I have a cousin who was kicked and kill by a horse. I know another person that has permanent brain damage being kicked by a horse. I don't think "Kicked by a horse" is a reasonable metric for ballbusting.
