I'm looking for some mary jane shoes for me, the problem is I'm a 12 1/2 in men's. That's about a 14 in women's, and I have not been able to find them that big. The largest I've been able to find are 12 in women's. I've seen them available custom made that size, but they are super expensive. Where can I get some that will fit me at a decent price? Thank you.

If you are a 12 1/2 in men's, you are a 14 1/2 in womens. Which means finding ANY woman's shoe is painful. Most women in that shoe size where men's shoes anyway or custom footwear. Mary Jane's are generally for girls. So.... No. Sorry, you are fucked. Look at the costume houses, shirley temple sources, and more... but be prepared to pay.

http://www.electriqueboutique.com has sizes up to 14 and 15 in women's shoes. Here's one pair of Mary Janes, and here's another. I'm not sure if you were looking for flats, but I didn't see any in your size.
