Does anyone have any info on this? Ever given one? Been the recipient of one? Is it dangerous? Advice and comments welcome!

Thanks in advance.

Its claimed that they help digestion and eliminate gas (use 2 tablets per quart.) I would recommend alka-seltzer gold since it does not contain asprin.

Dangerous? Well, that would more of a question for a medical professional... but I would be slightly worried about ph balance. High ph slows down movement while low ph does the opposite (Crohn's suffers often have high acid excess in their tissue.)

In moderation you can do most anything.....remember this tho, you are operating on the other end of the mouth, which does little to digest and transport to cellular level, this is a good reason why you don't wanna stick a couple quarts of wine up your ass........if it is in your stomach, you got a chance to vomit it.....right quick.....

ice cold water lowers your body temperature as well as heartbeat, ice cold water up your ass can lower it sufficiently to cakk you.

I wouldn't start with stated oral dosage levels in the rectum.......start much lower, and if you use ANYTHING even remotely funny, have a shitload of soap water standing by for the BIG QUICK PROJECTILE purge and have lawyers, guns and money standing by.

I am not a doctor but I play one on TV. Others are right, maybe a medico or medica will post this.

I read somewhere on ingrediants in meds that should be avoided, and alkaseltzer was on one of the banned medicine lists on the health site. I forget where or what but one of the ingrediants.

And then this site says all meds with Phenylpropanolamine are dangerous cause they can cause

It has been linked to increased hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding in brain) among women ages 18-49 in the three days after starting use of medication. Problems were not found in men, but the FDA recommended that everyone (even children) seek alternative medicine.

alka seltzer says the following:

"None of the Alka-Seltzer formulas contain PPA (phenylpropanolamine)."
http://www.alka-seltzer.com/as/faqs.htm

some formulations, however, do contain caffeine: "Alka-Seltzer Morning Relief packs a maximum strength pain reliever and caffeine..."

Ah, yes my friend.

Perhaps a thread should be hijacked called:

The pussification of american over-the-counter cure-alls.

LOL,
Ron

.... interesting site you have there.

Its very comforting to know that fourwinds is there to:

"1. To reveal the evil secret Plan 2000 for total world control by our present evil world leaders.

2. To reveal to the world’s people that Creator God Aton of Light also has a Plan 2000. God Aton and His Forces of Light will not do it for us but will work with us, as we responsibly confront evil in our day and change the “ending of the play.”

3. To reveal the evil world leaders’ cover-up of off-world humans (our ancestors) who are here in starships in Earth’s atmosphere at this time, and who have come with good intent to help us prevent the evil Plan 2000 from being accomplished, and to help us establish the New Age of Enlightenment."

It continues here if anyone else is interested http://www.fourwinds10.com/fourwinds-info.html

Personally I find any site that twist the words around their sources to make it fit their views more extensively shouldn't be taken by their word. After all the drugs in question weren't RECALLED; just told be cease their production and reformat them. Their site of reference even discredits them in the third paragraph... perhaps its worth should be taken as a grain of salt.

ROTFLMAO Ron! Too too funny!

As someone who is now taking Vicks Formula 44 (with Expectorant <G>) I must say that over-the-counter cure-alls have not been pussified. That stuff makes me Piyuch and shake my head in grossedoutedness long after I've slugged it down!

Alka Seltzer enema

I looked for a recipe and information for the AlkaSeltzer enema, but not much luck. I did, however, find these instead. While I don't recommend them, I thought it was interesting some of the ingrediants they were using.

Enema Recipes http://www.colonichealth.com/enema.htm

Garlic: Throw 4-6 garlic bulbs into 2 cups of boiling water. Turn heat down to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes. Blend and strain. Mix with at least 2 quarts of water in your colema bucket. Garlic is a very strong antibiotic, antifungal and antiparastic herb. Use with caution. If your colon is infested with parasites or candida, this could cause too much die-off.
Olive Oil/Aloe Vera: This is my favorite recipe. In an enema bag, pour one cup of organic olive oil and one cup of organic aloe vera juice. Open four MSM capsules and mix with liquid. Slowly pour into colon with enema bag. Hold as long as you are able. This will soothe the intestinal lining during inflammation as well as clean the colon. Flaxseed Oil can be used in place of the Olive Oil but will be less soothing and more directed towards eliminating candida infestations.

Slippery Elm: In a blender, mix 4 cups water with one tablespoon of slippery elm powder. Blend and strain. Add to enema bag or bucket. This mixture is reported to neutralize an acid colon and absorb foul gases. It may be good for colitis, diarrhea and hemorrhoids.

Acidophilus/Bifidus These two probiotics are excellent healthy bacteria for balancing intestinal flora. Put 1 teaspoon in 2 cups of water or aloe vera juice and hold the mixture for as long as you can. It is great to do this procedure after a colonic.

I also found this article. You have to be careful about what you put in the bowels. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6947896/

in the end of the joke, we eat water laced with chlorine and ferri-flocculants, sometimes nitrites and nitrates and some lead and mercury.

One should be circumspect about concentrations of anything rectally.

A good primer for this was an episode of South Park, but since we are not allowed..............

Take a drink of wine, you are antioxidated, shoot a couple pints in mister brown-eye and you are cakked. Perspective. Calm, clear and rational thought can have it's place in the sun.

Ron
