Awww hell ydd, I'm so sorry to hear about that for your fuzzy one. I've been there, with a sweet little kitten who wasn't even a year old when I rescued him. Did fine for a couple of weeks, then bam. Turned out he had the dry version of FIP, which is basically a nervous system break down. There really wasn't anything I could do for the guy except take care of him, and feed him a steady supply of steroids so he could deal with the pain. The vet didn't think he'd last very long at all, a couple of weeks really. But my boy was determined, and so was I. He lasted six months before it became too much and one night his body tried to do an impression of the exorcist. It's truly heart rending though when you see the effect it has on 'em, and yourself. I'm sorry to throw it out there like that, but it's a disease that isn't understood well at all yet. Hell they can't even reliably diagnose it 100% white the poor thing is still alive. So no, no cure... Damn it, now I'm remembering the little fuzzball running around like he would.. and all the other things. One of those seriously not fair situations.
