Good morning Holly. I waited up just so I could tell you about my adventures in showering. Apparently the tub in my Uncle's home is up on a raised something or other, which makes the bottom of the tub about 6" higher than the bathroom floor. I noticed this as I got into the shower, but it never occured to me to have that fact in my brain as I stepped out. When my foot didn't touch down where I thought that it should, I became completely off balance & pitched forward. In order to save myself, I grabbed onto the glass shower door frame, ripping off one of my *fake* nails & cutting my index finger. *sigh* I just wanted you to know that one can be klutzy & somehow make it to this advanced age.

linea, I always wondered....if you break off a fake nail....does it hurt?....the way those things are applied it looks like it might....

I always thought that a women breaking a nail, any nail, was grounds for a ambulance run to the ER.......

Actually Holly, the last time I went to the ER, I had allowed a case of the flu to turn into pneumonia, before that it was because an upper respiratory infection collapsed a lung....

So what if I couldnt breath, at least I was keeping my share of the chores caught up.....

I have to be on the other side of Atlanta today....that is either an hour and 15 minutes or 3 days away depending on traffic.....so off to the gym with me....
Damn, as of late I have had no fun time to post!...this really sucks! Oh well, how long can this recession last?....oh wait, don't answer that I don't really want to know!

Good morning everybody!
linnea...that sucks so bad!...i hate, hate,hate when i pull nails out from the bed...there is a reason some use that for torture techniques...ill tell them whatever they want to know if they glance at my nails!

i tried to get up this am early, but all that kiddy medicine last nite really put me under!...im still kind of groggy.....sniffle.
